Hotel Registration Notes:

• Book your hotel here!
• The room rate is $149.00 per night (plus taxes) and there is no payment needed at this time of reservation. You will not have to pay for the room until you arrive at the hotel for check-in.
• The hotel block only includes double occupancy rooms. If you are looking for a single room, when you make the reservation, you may add a request in the comment/request section, asking to be switched to a King. There is no guarantee but if available the day of check in, the Front Desk would make that switch.
• Do not wait to reserve your hotel room! The deadline to reserve your room is Monday, April 1, 2024.

General Conference Notes:

• All Sales are FINAL (NO REFUNDS)
• ALL Chapters MUST be represented at the Conference in ALL business meetings and plenary sessions.
• All new members who joined in Summer 2023, Fall 2023, and Spring 2024 are required to attend the upcoming regional conference.
• Itinerary Coming Soon!

• Chapter Intake Coordinators (Dean and ADP) are required to accompany their new members to the Regional Conference. This is for Summer 2023, Fall 2023, and Spring 2024 intake classes.
